The main themes of our story are the sense of production that has been passed on from generation to generation and valuable information that we can continuously develop. The olives we obtain from these miraculous trees growing in the Mediterranean climate are also symbols of holiness, abundance, health, wisdom and intelligence.

We carefully pick  types of olive grown in the fertile soil of the different regions of Mediterranean.
